Organisational measures taken by Printed for security as a data processor include:

• Access to the printing room is controlled via key pad. The access number is changed regularly and only staff have this information.
• All staff have a signed NDA agreement
• Casual passers-by read cannot access any data off screens or print-outs.
• No back-up copies of the data will be stored.
• Data (ie the files for printing supplied to us) will be deleted within 72 hours of the printed items leaving the factory. 
• Any re-printed or incorrectly printed material is shredded securely.
